Johnstown Village Metropolitan District No. 2 (Mallard Ridge)

Improvements or alterations on Lots within Johnstown Village Metro District No. 2 are subject to review by the Design Review Committee (DRC).

Please fill out the DRC Submittal Form to submit your plans. Please note the following when submitting your application:

• Read the entire application in full and ensure you have completed all requirements. Failure to do so may result in an additional fee.
• There is a $50 Review Fee, which can be paid online through the portal or by check.
• The DRC will respond to your application within 30 days following complete submission. 
• Approved improvements or alternations must be completed within 1 year following DRC approval.
